On the queue.

See,the best thing about being a writer and in this case a blogger,is
that I get to write about anything and at any time. Today has been
spent in town at the Provincial headquarters seeking a waiting card.
The place is boring with nothing but cemented slabs to sit on and many
officers speaking Dholuo. We have been waiting for close to an hour to
be served because the people are out to lunch,government offices are
crazy and the people working here have no public relations skills-no
hello,how may i be of service and the like,the customer service is
also pathetic! What kind of government do we have,the HR department is
non-existent,gosh-i have to get inside,lucky me,we get to be first in
line.
