Favor and disgrace.

I have come to agree with Confucius that favor and disgrace are to be feared. Indeed when we are favored we do our best to keep things that way. It feels great to be on peoples' good books. But isn't it easy to lose that favor and be disgraced? I recently sat down after a month of experiencing a writer's block and thought. Like really asking myself why I write and what I expect to achieve. I had stated that am working on a short novella,such that all those who access my blog can read it. Am done! I completed it and all that is left is to create a download link for it. Writing is hard. Especially if you aim to please your audience-that is some good advice from Stephen King. I would rather find favor and comfort while writing than be a disgrace to the craft by seeking to please all. Life is...
